February 24 (SeeNews) - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange's (LJSE) blue-chip SBITOP index extended its winning streak to nine trading sessions after closing 0.92% higher at 965.25 points on Wednesday.
Chemicals maker Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] saw the largest share price rise among blue chips on Wednesday, adding 3.63%.
Lender NLB [LJE:NLBR] and insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] followed with gains of 2.73% and 1.82%, respectively.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most traded company, accounting for a turnover of 2.2 million euro, including a 1.8 million euro block trade.
Total daily regulated marker turnover amounted to 2.6 million euro ($3.2 million).
