May 26 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose on Tuesday, as financial group KD Group [LJE:KDHR] saw its share price jump 7.61%.
The SBITOP index, which tracks 11 stocks, rose 0.99% to 820.83 points on Tuesday.
Other major gainers included hand tools maker Unior [LJE:UKIG] and fuel trader Petrol [LJE:PETG], which added 2% and 1.99%, respectively.
There were no losers among blue chips on Tuesday.
Trade in shares in pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] formed the largest trading turnover for Tuesday - of some 2 million euro. Krka's share price rose 0.25% to 79 euro.
Total regulated market turnover amounted to some 2.3 million euro ($2.5 million).
