March 16 (SeeNews) - Kosovo's gross domestic product (GDP) rose by 3.51% in 2022, after expanding by 10.75% the year before, the country's statistical office said, citing preliminary estimates.
In the fourth quarter alone, GDP grew by 3.55% year-on-year, Kosovo Agency of Statistics said in a statement on Wednesday.
Measured at current prices, Kosovo's GDP totalled 2.5 billion euro ($2.65 billion) in the October-December period.
The sectors with the highest positive contribution to Kosovo's economic growth in the fourth quarter of 2022 were manufacturing, financial and insurance activities, professional and administrative activities, mining and quarrying.
