PRISTINA (Kosovo), September 11 (SeeNews) – The ratio of non-performing loans (NPLs) in Kosovo's banking sector fell to 2.7% of total gross loans at the end of July from 3.9% a year earlier, central bank data shows.
The ratio of loan loss provisions to non-performing loans in Kosovo's banking system was 156.2% at end-July, according to figures posted on the website of the central bank.
The data covers the portfolios of 10 banks operating in Kosovo, eight of which are foreign-owned.
