January 23 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) remained in positive territory on Wednesday, as electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] paced the blue-chip gainers, ZSE data showed.
Koncar's shares closed at 670 kuna, up 1.52%.
Diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] paced the blue-chip losers for a third straight trading day on Wednesday, as its shares closed 4.23% lower at 4.76 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue chips - 965,267 kuna. The company's shares closed 0.54% lower at 184 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover fell to 4.6 million kuna ($684,797/618,387 euro) on Wednesday from 8.1 million kuna on Tuesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX closed flat at 2,051.37 after falling 0.14% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, also closed flat at 1,192.49 after edging down 0.03% on Tuesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index lost 0.04% to 115.5885.
