August 14 (SeeNews) - Italian leather processing company Pasubio plans to expand the production capacity of its factory in Sabac, in northern Serbia, the city government said.
Pasubio plans to open a new production unit with a footprint of 5,000 square metres at the factory, Sabac city government quoted Pasubio quality control manager, Luciano Corso, as saying in a statement last week.

The company also plans to hire more employees in Sabac, Corso added.
Pasubio said in February it plans to build a production unit for the sewing of leather components for the automotive industry.
The Italian company started production in Sabac after acquiring an industrial hall from Serbian company Alliance One Tobacco.
