January 4 (SeeNews) - Iran's Qeshm Air and Iran Air plan to launch flights from Tehran Imam Khomeini airport to Serbia's capital Belgrade in 2018, flight schedule data on the website of Belgrade airport shows.
Iran Air plans to launch the Tehran-Belgrade service on January 13 and Qesnm Air will introduce it on February 1, the data shows.
Both flights will be operated twice a week. Iran Air will service the flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and Qeshm Air will fly between the two capitals on Mondays and Thursdays.
In August, the Serbian government abolished visas for Iranian citizens in a bid to facilitate the arrival of tourists and potential investors from the Asian country.
