April 7 (SeeNews) - Oilseeds storage and trading company Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] said on Tuesday that local insurer Armeec has decreased its stake in the company by selling 288,000 shares.
Armeec sold the shares in a deal on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on April 2, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.

According to Sofia bourse data, the 288,000 shares changed hands in a deal priced at 0.14 levs ($0.078/0.072 euro) per share.
Both Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria and Armeec are part of local conglomerate Invest Capital.
