February 6 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:IHB] said on Monday that its largest shareholder, local engineering company Bulls, acquired 57,112 of its shares last week.
Bulls bought the shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria on February 3 at an average price of 1.838 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the diversified group said in a statement.

The overall value of the purchased shares, which represent around 0.06% of the group's share capital, amounted to some 104,972 levs ($58,700/53,671 euro).
In December, Bulls acquired another 41,283 shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria.
Bulls held a stake of 67.81% in the company as of the end of last year, according to an interim financial statement.
As of 1545 CET on Monday, shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria traded flat at 1.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
