December 5 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:IHB] said that its largest shareholder, engineering company Bulls, has acquired another 41,283 of its shares in two transactions carried out last week.
Bulls purchased 16,129 shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria on November 30 and a further 25,154 shares on December 1 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the diversified group said in a statement on Friday.

The acquired shares, representing under 0.1% of the group's share capital, were priced at 1.80 levs apiece, bringing to 74,309 levs ($40,141/37,993 euro) the combined value of the transactions.
Last month, Bulls increased its direct shareholding interest in Industrial Holding Bulgaria to 67.76% from 67.69% by buying 73,217 shares in the target company through several bourse transactions.
This brought Bulls's ownership in the holding to 65,600,205 shares, a representative of the holding company told SeeNews at the time.
