June 3 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 3 held 789,979 treasury shares, representing 0.967281% of the issued capital, the company said on Monday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,967 own shares for 152.5 kuna ($23.0/20.6 euro) apiece on May 30, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, the company purchased a further 339 units at 152 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 153 kuna by 10:52 CET on the ZSE on Monday, up 0.66%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
