August 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 395,477 treasury shares as of August 23, representing 0.486923% of the issued share capital, the company said on Friday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 932 of its shares at 158 kuna ($23.6/21.4 euro) apiece on August 21, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 108 own shares at 159 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 158 kuna on the ZSE by 11:50 CET on Friday, down 0.63%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
