March 30 (SeeNews) - Austrian insurer GRAWE has acquired 100% of the shares of its North Macedonia-based peer Eurolink Osiguruvanje Skopje for 1.07 billion denars ($19.3 million/17.5 million euro), according to a bourse filing on Monday.
GRAWE purchased a total of 3,200 Eurolink Osiguruvanje shares at a price of 336,109 denars apiece, a notice published on the Skopje bourse website showed.

Earlier in March North Macedonia's Insurance Supervision Agency approved GRAWE's request to take over Eurolink Osiguruvanje.
