March 29 (SeeNews) - Fourteen bids were submitted in a 13.1 million levs ($7.3 million/6.7 million euro) tender for a road overhaul and bridge construction in Bulgaria's south-central region of Plovdiv, the country's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said on Wednesday.
The project, which is divided into three lots, covers the design and implementation of repairs on 9.4 kilometres of tertiary roads in the region and construction of a new bridge on the Cherkezitsa river, the government agency said in a press release.
The bidders include Isa 2000, Evropeiski Patishta, Trace Group Hold, Parsec Group, a consortium led by Aqua Construction Group and a consortium led by Bul Stroi Invest, among others.
The term for the design and execution of the project is 60 days and 180 days, respectively.
