SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 18 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified group Zenit Agroholding [BUL:5Z2] said on Monday four shareholders holding a 32.05% stake among them have sold their entire ownership interest in the company.
Vladimir Moskov, Petar Aleksandrov and Svetoslav Baturov, which owned stakes of 8% each, and Luben Vitanov, who held a stake of 8.05%, informed Zenit Agroholding on September 15 that they have sold their entire interest, the company said in a bourse filing.

Vladimir Moskov and Svetoslav Baturov have sold 20,075 Zenit Agroholding shares each, at a price of 5.22 levs per share, the company said in a separate bourse filing.
