May 22 (SeeNews) - Financial company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] led the blue-chip gainers in Monday's trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data showed.
The company closed at 7 euro ($7.9), up 2.79%, in a slim turnover of 120 euro. On Friday KD Group declined the most among the blue chips - by 4.1% to a closing price of 6.81 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, added 0.21% to 786.36 points, after rising 0.89% on Friday.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] was the biggest blue-chip decliner on Monday, as it shares closed 1.72% lower at 28.5 euro. It generated a turnover of 45,380 euro.
Turnover on the LJSE plunged to 689,560 euro from 2.35 million in the previous session.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] generated the largest turnover on Monday, of 287,220 euro, as its shares closed at 195.5 euro, up 2.36%. On Friday, Cinkarna Celje generated more than half of the bourse's turnover, or 1.2 million euro, closing 9.74% higher at 191 euro.
