December 20 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Tuesday it will raise its capital by 84.9 million levs ($45 million/43.4 million euro), equal to 66.6% of its current capital.
The group will issue 84,896,666 voting shares with nominal value of 1 lev each, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a notification filed with the Bulgarian commercial register.
The capital increase will be considered successful if a minimum of 33,958,667 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
The shares can be subscribed for in the period December 29, 2016 – February 6, 2017.
Bulgaria’s Euro-Finance company has been chosen to act as an investment intermediary.
Last week, Eurohold Bulgaria said it has issued 40 million euro worth of corporate notes under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme approved by the Irish central bank in November.
Eurohold Bulgaria's activities include financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales. The company has subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania and Macedonia.
Eurohold Bulgaria shares closed 6.29% lower at 0.64 levs on the Sofia bourse on Tuesday. Trading volume was 1 million shares.
