April 25 (SeeNews) - Greek software and services provider Entersoft said on Wednesday it plans to strengthen its presence in Southeast Europe (SEE) after signing an agreement to purchase the Enterprise Mobility activities from its local peer SiEBEN, branded as Pocketbiz.
The agreed price was set at 1.39 million euro ($1.69 million) payable in three instalments within eighteen months, it said in a press release.

The deal is expected to strengthen Entersoft's activity in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia, as well in Hungary, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Russia
Also, Entersoft aims to further strengthen its share of the Enterprise Mobility market in Greece, and at the same time marks the beginning of a wider strategic partnership between the two companies.
Entersoft is listed on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, with subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania, United Arab Emirates and the Greek company Retail Link S.A.
