SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 12 (SeeNews) – Eleven candidates have placed bids for the contract to design two road sections in northwestern Bulgaria with a combined length of 57.99 kilometres, the country’s Road Infrastructure Agency said on Tuesday.
The lowest bid of 652,199 levs ($447,000/333,500 euro) was filed by the Sering-Reming consortium, comprising Slovakia’s Reming Consult and Sering SRL-Servizi Di Ingegneria–Filiale, a subsidiary of Italy’s Sering SRL-Servizi Di Ingegneria, the agency said in a statement.
Bids have also been submitted by local companies Trafic Holding, Patproekt 2000, Transconsult-22, Rutex, Patproekt, Injconsultproect and consortia Tekopi Vidin-Botevgrad 2012, Via Plan-Burda, Vidin-Montana 2012 and Mosti.
The project is co-financed under the EU-funded operational program Transport.
