July 24 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL-R-A] said on Wednesday it turned to a consolidated net loss of 15.6 million kuna ($2.4 million/2.1 million euro) in the first half of 2019, compared to a net profit of 4.8 million kuna a year earlier.
Uljanik Plovidba's total revenue decreased to 99 million kuna in the six months through June, from 142.1 million kuna in the corresponding period last year, while total expenditures fell 16.6% to 114.6 million kuna, the company said in an interim financial statement filed to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Uljanik's fleet consisted of 4 MR tankers and 2 Supramax vessels at the end of the review period.
