ZAGREB (Croatia), August 1 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel company Turisthotel [ZSE:TUHO] on Monday proposed to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 90 kuna ($12.3/12 euro) per share out for last year.

Out of the company's net profit of 77.9 million kuna reported for 2021, 32.8 million kuna will be distributed as dividend and 45.1 million kuna will be retained, Turisthotel said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Record date is September 12 and payment date is September 19.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on September 12.

Last year, the shareholders decided to cover the company's net loss of 2.9 million kuna for 2020 with retained profit.

The company's shares last traded on July 27 on the Zagreb bourse, at 4,300 kuna.
