November 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian insurer Triglav Osiguranje has completed the process of cutting and then raising its issued capital, the Central Depository and Clearing Company, SKDD, said.
A general shareholders’ meeting held on August 29 adopted a decision to decrease Triglav Osiguranje's issued capital to 113.9 million kuna ($20.7 million/15.2 million euro) from 128.9 million kuna, SKDD said on Wednesday in a statement posted on its website.
The issued capital has been decreased by cutting the nominal value of ordinary shares to 2,200 kuna from 2,500 kuna.
The August general meeting also adopted a decision to raise the insurer's issued capital by issuing 6,818 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2,200 kuna each, the statement said.
Triglav Osiguranje's issued capital has thus been raised to 128.9 million kuna and is now divided into 58,579 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 2,200 kuna.
