February 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian real estate investment company Terra Firma [ZSE:TRFM] said its consolidated net profit rose to 4.6 million kuna ($655,000/611,000 euro) last year, from 1.9 million kuna in 2021.
Operating revenue increased to 7.6 million kuna in 2022 from 5.7 million kuna in 2021, as sales revenue went up to 7.1 million kuna from 5.5 million kuna, the company said in an unaudited annual report filed to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Tuesday.
At the same time, the company cut its operating costs to 2.7 million kuna from 3.4 million kuna in 2021.
Terra Firma's shares last traded on Tuesday, when their price soared 40.43% to 66 euro as nine shares changed hands, according to ZSE data. They were not traded in the previous two months.
