September 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian venture capital fund Prosperus Growth said on Thursday it has acquired a majority stake in local producer of mobile homes Nord Mobil to support its growth.
Nord Mobil dominates the local market and shows potential for strong growth on international markets, Josko Milisa, board member of Prosperus-Invest, the company which manages Prosperus Growth, said in a press release. It did not disclose any financial details of the deal.

The other shareholders in Mobil Nord are individuals Sonja Masa, Myriam Masa, and Igor Masa, according to data from the court registry.
Nord Mobil was set up 2013 and since then it has manufactured more than 3,000 mobile houses, mainly for professional use in the tourism industry,
Among its clients are local tourism majors such as Valamar Riviera, Maistra, Plava Laguna and Imperial Rab. The company generates 15% of its total revenue in Austria and sells its products also in Germany, Hungary, Sweden.
Samobor-based Nord Mobil has two locations with production halls of 7,500 square metres and about a hundred employees.
Prosperus Growth, a VC fund with private offering, has raised more than 59 million euro ($63 million) from investors.
Along with Prosperus-Invest, the other shareholders in the company are individuals Sonja Masa, Myriam Masa, and Igor Masa, according to data from the court registry.
