January 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian food, beverage and drug producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] became the fourth company to move its shares to the Prime Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), the bourse said on Thursday.
The ZSE did not reveal any further information in their announcement.
The Prime Market is the most demanding market segment of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, where companies with the highest level of transparency and corporate governance are quoted. It was part of the ZSE structure for some time but no companies entered it until September, when Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] became the first company to trade on it. Plastic goods manufacturer AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL] and Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] followed suit.
Podravka's shares traded down by 0.53% at 373 kuna on Thursday by 16:31 CET.
