September 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel owner and manager Plava Laguna [ZSE:PLAG] said it signed on Friday a deal with local tourism company Bonavia Rijeka to sell its four-star hotel Bonavia in the port city of Rijeka for a net amount of 8.1 million euro ($8.6 million).
The transaction will be closed in November, Plava Laguna said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. The buyer will keep all existing jobs in the hotel, it added.

Ordinary shares of Plava Laguna, which are part of the bourse’s main equity index CROBEX, last traded on Wednesday, ending 1.14% higher at 356 euro on the Zagreb bourse.
According to data from the Croatian court registry, Bonavia Rijeka is fully-owned by Cyprus-registered company Apretil Limited.
