May 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian holding company Meritus Ulaganja [ZSE:MRUL] said it would propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 10 kuna ($1.4/1.3 euro) per share out of its net profit for 2021, up compared to the dividend of 7.76 kuna per share it paid out for 2020.
Ex-dividend date is June 20, record date is June 21, and payment date is June 26, Meritus said in a filling with the Zagreb bourse on Friday.
Overall, the company will distribute to investors 9.8 million kuna out of its 10.6 million kuna net profit for 2021. A total of 529,210 kuna of the net profit will be allocated to its obligatory reserves and the remainder will be retained.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 7.
Meritus Ulaganja is the parent company of business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) services provider M+ Group.
Zagreb-bazed M+ Group operates also in Germany, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, the UK and the U.S.
Over the past five years, the M+ Group has made 15 acquisitions and secured a diversified portfolio of clients consisting of technology, energy, logistics, and e-commerce companies, consumer goods companies, financial institutions, and European and global telecoms. It has a language portfolio of 31 languages.
Meritus Ulaganja's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on February 24, ending 9.09% lower at 1,000 kuna.
