November 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS-R-A] said its nine-month consolidated net profit doubled to 16.8 million kuna ($2.5 million/2.3 million euro) from 8.2 million kuna in the like period of last year.
The company’s total consolidated revenue rose 0.2% to 688.8 million kuna in the six nine through September, while expenditures rose to 666.1 million kuna from 665.3 million kuna, Kras said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
Kras’ sales revenue grew to 684 million kuna in January-September 2018 from 680.7 million kuna in the like period of 2017.
In the first half, Kras' exports rose 3.3% in volume year-on-year, with particular focus on markets in Western Europe, overseas countries and the regional markets of Bosnia, Macedonia and Serbia.
