April 4 (SeeNews) - Croatian IT company Q said on Thursday it will appoint its co-owner and chief technical officer (CTO) Hrvoje Gorajscan as CEO as of April 15.
The company's current management team consists of four members: Filip Ljubic, Dalibor Jurgec, Vedran Tolic and Goran Kovacevic, according to the court registry.
Ljubic and Jurgec, who so far acted as CEO and chief operating officer (COO), will become respectively the company's chairman and co-chairman, Q said in a note on Facebook on Wednesday.
Tolic and Kovacevic remain part of the management team as chief business officer and COO to ensure continuity, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
Q's revenue rose 44% on the year in 2022, reaching some 19 million euro ($20.6 million), local media reported in January 2023.
