September 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian software developer Infinum said on Tuesday it has acquired U.S. digital strategy and design agency ExpandTheRoom (ETR), boosting its presence on the US market.

Infinum has been operating the U.S. for six years.
"Our New York office is already delivering strong results, and with ETR on board, we can take this success to the next level. We are proud to welcome their experienced and knowledgeable team that has built a strong client base over the years," Kapraljevic added.
ETR was founded by James Cole and Todd Doyle in 2003. Headquartered in New York and featuring a team of 24 people, ETR is forward-thinking, data-driven, and above all, user experience-focused, according to Infinum.
The new, combined client roster of the two companies includes Citibank, Porsche, Philips, Virgin, KPMG, Warner Brothers, ESPN, Reuters, Business Insider and Honda.
"Together we’ll be able to take on more challenging projects and bigger clients than either of us could have done alone," co-founder and CEO of ETR James Cole said.
