March 1 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel owner Imperial Riviera [ZSE:HIMR] said it has proposed to its shareholders to distribute a dividend per share of 2.07 euro for 2022.
A total of 4.7 million euro out of the company’s retained profits for 2019, 2021 and 2022 will be distributed as dividend, the company said on Tuesday in an invitation to its annual shareholders’ meeting.
Out of the company’s net profit of 9.7 million kuna reported for last year, 485,000 kuna will be allocated to reserves and 9.2 million kuna will be retained,
Ex-dividend date is April 28, record date is May 2 and payment date is May 10.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 25.
Last year, the company paid out 34.92 kuna ($4.95/4.63 euro) dividend per share from the its retained profits for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Imperial Riviera is a joint company of pension fund management company Allianz ZB and hotel operator and owner Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] for investments and development of tourism assets.
Imperial Riviera's shares last traded on January 16, when they ended 0.94% higher at 107 euro.
