March 1 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel owner Imperial Riviera [ZSE:HIMR] said its net profit last year fell to 10.3 million kuna ($1.5 million/1.4 million euro) from 15.5 million kuna in 2021.
Total revenue increased 111% to 605.9 million kuna, while operating costs went up 154% to 439.2 million kuna, the company said in a consolidated unaudited report on Tuesday.
Adjusted EBITDA rose almost 50% to 167.9 million kuna.
Imperial Riviera is a joint company of pension fund management company Allianz ZB and hotel operator and owner Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] for investments and development of tourism assets.
Imperial Riviera's shares last traded on January 16, when they ended 0.94% higher at 107 euro.
