June 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator HTP Korcula [ZSE:HTPK] said on Monday it will propose to its shareholders to cover the net loss of 6.9 million kuna ($966,000/918,000 euro) reported for last year with the company's retained profit from previous years.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on August 1, HTP Korcula said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Last year, the shareholders decided to cover the company's net loss of 14.2 million kuna for 2020 with retained profit from previous years.
The company's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Zagreb on June 15, closing flat at 49 kuna.
The largest shareholders in the company are hotel owners and operators Dalmacija Hoteli with 57.52% and Aminess with 32.56%, Zagreb bourse data showed.
