January 7 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Tuesday it held 455,430 of its own shares as of January 7, representing 0.560739% of the company's issued share capital.
On January 2, the company repurchased 964 of its own shares at 174.5 kuna ($26.2/23.4 euro) per share, and a further 1,148 own units at 176 kuna the following day, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded up 1.68% higher at 181.5 kuna by 1416 CET on Tuesday on the ZSE.
