November 5 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Tuesday it held 437,354 of its own shares as of November 5, representing 0.538484% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,379 of its shares at 169.1 kuna ($25.3/22.7 euro) apiece on October 31, and a further 1,444 shares on November 4 at 168 kuna, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 169 kuna by 1102 CET on the ZSE on Tuesday, up 0.3% from Monday's close.
