November 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian brokerage house Hita Vrijednosnice said on Friday it has called a public auction for the sale of 33,031 ordinary shares of hosiery producer Jadran Tvornica Carapa [ZSE:JDTC], or 23.32% of its share capital.
The starting price for the stake is 71.016 euro, as the bidding step has been set at 660.62 euro, Hita said in a note to investors published on its website.

The auction will take place on November 24 at the Hita office in Zagreb.
Due to the announcement of the auction, the Zagreb bourse put the shares of Jadran Tvornica Carapa in its segment for monitoring on Friday morning.
On November 10, Jadran Tvornica Carapa said its bank accounts were blocked, without disclosing the reason.
The company’s shares last traded on November 2, closing flat at 1.40 euro ($1.52).
The nominal value of its shares is 39.82 euro, according to data from the Zagreb bourse.
