September 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian agricultural company Granolio [ZSE:GRNL] has sold a 17.62% stake in bakery company Zagrebacka Pekarna Klara [ZSE:ZPKL] to local insurer HOK Osiguranje, the bakery firm said.
In the deal, 50,000 shares of Zagrebacka Pekarna Klara changed hands in a block transaction on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on August 27, Zagrebacka Pekarna Klara said in a bourse filing last week, without disclosing the value of the deal.

Bourse data, however, showed that the shares changed hands for 5.0 million kuna ($745,000/676,000 euro).
Following the transaction, Granolio's stake in Zagrebacka Pekara Klara has dropped to 0.35%, the bakery company said.
Zagrebacka Pekarna Klara shares last traded on Thursday, closing 22.76% lower at 95 kuna in a volume of 44 units.
Local individual Dragica Plodinec is the largest shareholder in the bakery firm with a 24.33% stake, followed by a custodian account at Zagrebacka Banka with 19.97%, HOK Osiguranje with 17.62% and bakery retail chain Mlin i Pekare with 15.60%, ZSE data showed on Monday. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders.
