January 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Erste&Steiermaerkische Bank d.d., part of Austria's Erste Group, said on Wednesday it has set at 4.875% the annual coupon of a five-year inaugural green senior preferred bond issued on the international markets in the total amount of 400 million euro ($436 million).
The demand for the bond exceeded 3.0 billion euro, the bank said in a press release.
The bond was issued on Monday and will be listed on the official market on the stock exchange in Vienna. It yields 4.901%.
The bank said the bond was issued in order to meet the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities.
