ZAGREB (Croatia), March 16 (SeeNews) – Zagreb-based telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson Nikola Tesla said on Friday it signed a contract with Croatia's health ministry worth over 14 million kuna ($2.3 million/1.9 million euro) to install a number of solutions for a more efficient management of the country's healthcare system.
The project is planned to be completed by the end of this year, Ericsson said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The contract concerns the central system for the management of the healthcare organisational structure, the central system for communication with hospitals, the system for daily automatic collection of all health indicators, data analysis, structured web publications from all hospitals in Croatia, as well as the hospital invoicing systems.
Ericsson, a world leader in communications technology and services with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, owns 49.07% of the Croatian company.
