March 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 1,239 euro ($1,343) in January, up 8.8% on the year in real terms, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.
In December, the average net monthly salary was 9.0% higher year-on-year in real terms.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage in January was 4.4% higher in real terms, after it fell 0.9% in December, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary amounted to 1,695 euro in January, up by a real 8.6% year-on-year and higher by 5.0% on the month.
