October 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] said on Wednesday it bought back 150 own shares at 364 kuna ($53.8/49.1 euro) apiece on October 7.
Following the transaction, the company held 11,106 of its own shares representing 0.216545% of the issued capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The group's shares closed at 364 kuna on Monday on the ZSE, down 1.09% from Friday's close. There was no trading in its shares by 09:44 CET on Wednesday.
The ZSE was closed on Tuesday due to Croatia's Independence Day.
Arena Hospitality Group comprises seven hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes, eight campsites and many food and beverage outlets. It owns, co-owns, leases or manages 15 hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes and eight campsites.
