February 22 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] said it plans to invest 480 million euro ($511 million) in its tourism arm Maistra [ZSE:MAIS] until 2025 aiming to make it the country's biggest tourism company in the luxury segment.
As part of the plan, Adris will invest more than 100 million euro in the reconstruction of hotel Marjan in Split - one of the biggest single investments in the Croatian tourism, it said in a press release on Tuesday. The overhaul will transform hotel Marjan into a five-star facility.
The blue-chip preferred shares of Adris last traded 0.78% lower at 51.20 euro on the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday morning.
Maistra 's shares last traded on February 20, ending 0.50% higher at 40.20 euro.
