August 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Friday it held 460,057 treasury shares as of August 9, representing 2.80% of its share capital.
On August 7, the diversified group bought back 250 of its ADRS2 shares at 465 kuna ($70.5/62.9 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Adris' shares traded at 468 kuna by 12:01 CET on Friday on the ZSE, up 0.21%.
Adris has launched a new programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme will run for a year until June 19, 2020.
