April 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 476,990 of its own shares as of Thursday, representing 2.90% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On April 16, the diversified group bought 92 of its shares at a price of 505 kuna ($76.4/67.9 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday.
The same day, it purchased 396 shares at 499 kuna per share. On April 17, it bought a further 240 of its shares at the same price.
On April 18, the group acquired 51 of its shares for 505 kuna apiece.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
