October 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 330,059 of its own shares as of October 11, representing 2.01% of the company's equity capital, it said on Thursday.
On October 9, Adris purchased 388 of its preferred at an average price of 429 kuna ($66.9/57.9 euro) apiece, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The company repurchased 442 preferred shares at 430 kuna on October 10.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company in October last year.
