June 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] said on Monday it has bought back 19,386 of its preferred shares, or 0.11% of the company's total share capital, after launching a repurchase offer last week.
Adris now holds 27,151 of its preferred shares, equal to 0.16% of its total share capital, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Adris said last week it intends to buy back up to 400,000 of its ordinary shares and up to 400,000 preferred shares.
It offered to pay between 520.30 and 575.10 kuna ($78.8-$87/70.2-77.6 euro) for each ordinary share and between 432.10 and 477.60 kuna for each preferred share. The deadline for submitting binding bids expired on June 19.
Adris also controls 164,565 of its ordinary shares, equal to 1.0% of its total share capital. When the shareholdings are combined, the company controls 1.16% of its total share capital.
