December 22 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose in higher turnover on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index closed 2.37% higher at 1,982.50 points after falling 2.05% on Monday. The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, rose by 2.88% to 1,051.38 points.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, added 2.87% in euro terms to 1,233.46 points.
HT-Hrvatske Telekomunikacije posted the session's highest turnover of some 9.5 million kuna ($1.8 million/1.3 million euro). Its shares closed 1.67% higher at 272.53 kuna.
ZSE's total turnover in floor trading rose to 24.5 million kuna from Monday's 24.1 million kuna.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.03% to 95.29 points.
