August 20 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended marginally higher on Thursday as turnover more than halved, bourse data showed.
The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index edged up 0.20% to 1,897.22 points after falling 0.18% on Wednesday.
The 20-share CROEMI index, calculated by Raiffeisenbank Austria, added 0.27% to 1,697.77 points.
The narrowest share index, CROX, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, rose 0.15% in euro terms to 1,158.65 points.
Blue chip T-Hrvatski Telekom, majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, posted the session's highest turnover of 2.5 million kuna ($481,700/341,300 euro). The company's shares closed up 0.9% at 228 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba posted the day's second largest turnover of some 1.2 million kuna. Shares ended 0.9% higher at 1,108.90 kuna.
Total turnover in floor trading fell to 9.5 million kuna from 17.9 million kuna on Wednesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.02% to 86.54 points.
