October 13 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) fell in lower turnover on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index was down 0.36% to 2,243.69 points after rising 2.47% on Monday.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, fell 0.23% in euro terms to 1,369.23 points.
The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, closed 0.29% lower at 1,186.21 on Tuesday.
Shares of telco HT-Hrvatske Telekomunikacije, majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, rose 0.45% to 265.49 kuna ($53/36 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 7.0 million kuna.
ZSE's total turnover in floor trading fell to 36.1 million kuna from 49.6 million kuna on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed up 0.65% at 89.57 points.
