March 7 (SeeNews) - The average price per one square metre of new dwellings sold in Croatia increased 2.7% on the year to 2,246 euro ($2,457) last year, following an annual increase of 20.2% in 2022, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
The average price per one sq. m. of new dwellings stood at 2,684 euro in Zagreb and 1,940 in the other towns, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a six-month report.
A total of 4,370 new dwellings with an overall useful floor area of 293,612 sq. m. were sold last year in the Adriatic country, including 1,772 ones in the capital Zagreb and 2,598 ones in other towns.
